1. The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to provide and define all the information necessary for the User regarding sales, pre-sales, payments and delivery of purchases made on the website www.stilettopiercing.pt by the User.
2. These conditions may be changed at any time and without prior notice.

Article 2 – Order

1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the website www.stilettopiercing.pt, adding the product(s) they wish to order to the shopping cart.
2. To register your order, the User must: a) Register on the website, creating a user in the customer area, or continue without registering; b) Complete the requested information and choose the options made available to you throughout the order placement process (delivery and billing address, shipping method, payment method, as well as the NIF and the name you want to appear on the invoice).
3. The final confirmation of the order by the User is equivalent to full and complete acceptance of the prices, description of the products available for sale and processing and delivery times, as well as these General Conditions of Sale, which will be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
4. Stiletto will honor orders received online up to the limit of available stocks. If the product is unavailable, Stiletto undertakes to inform the User as soon as possible.
5. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User, and there is no need to reissue invoices with changes.
6. Order requests are valid for 48 hours, unless the order is placed under a promotional campaign that defines a different deadline. If payment is not received, and proof of payment is not received in the case of bank transfers, by our services within the deadline mentioned above, the order will be canceled without prior notice. Any amount received after this date will be refunded upon contact via email by the User.

Article 3 – Payment

1. Our website www.stilettopiercing.pt offers the following payment methods via Ifthenpay to:
   a) Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard):
   b) ATM;
   c) MBWAY;
   d) Payshop.

2. Other payment methods:
   a) Bank Transfer;
   b) Paypal;

Article 4 – Shipping

1. Orders that are not marked “subject to order”, that are not in pre-sale or in a promotional campaign, will be processed as quickly as possible and within a maximum period of 5 working days. Other changes to processing times will be indicated on the website www.stilettopiercing.pt.

1. Prices are pre-defined in Euros, with VAT included at the rate in force at the date of the order.
